Similar to Emerilware, Simply Calphalon Nonstick is also made of hard-anodized aluminum with a nonstick coating. Reviews indicate that this set performs nearly as well as more expensive brands, but is less expensive and lighter in weight than All-Clad's Emerilware.


Dishwasher use is not recommended for the one- and two-quart covered saucepans, six-quart covered stockpot or the eight- and ten-inch omelet pans. Like Emerilware Nonstick, this cookware is oven-safe up to 400-degrees Fahrenheit.
